community focused
We have handcrafted Texas grown wines specifically for the purpose of giving back to our community – both locally and beyond. We partner with various organizations throughout the year to help in fundraising and awareness efforts. These wines are not leftovers or second run.  They are the same, high quality Perissos wines you have come to know and love. We have been blessed abundantly at Perissos, and we are passionate about sharing those blessings. For that reason, we have created Gratis by Perissos.

Red Gratis

We’ve married our own estate fruit along with grapes sourced from the Texas High Plains to create this red blend consisting of Mediterranean varietals. This ruby colored wine offers aromas of bright red fruits and spice, that continue onto the palate, which exhibits raspberries and cranberries. The finish is long and velvety. This wine drinks beautifully now, and should become even more supple with age.

Rosé Gratis

To craft this coral colored wine, we’ve sourced several Italian varietals from the Texas High Plains. This wine offers aromas of strawberry, rose petals, mango and cranberry on the nose. The palate is dominated by nuances of raspberry, red cherry, strawberry and cloves. Expect high acidity, a medium to full body, and a crisp, short finish.

White Gratis

This soft, elegant white wine blend is dominated by Viognier and other select Rhône varietals grown in the Texas High Plains. Expect ripe peach, lemon zest, melon and vanilla on the nose, followed by notes of tangerine, apricot and passion fruit on the palate. This vintage offers medium acidity, a medium-plus body and a long, dry finish..

With your purchase of Gratis wines, Perissos will donate 90% of the gross sales to charity.
